Everything is frozen

On both my iPad and iPhone, this app opens, but is frozen. There is no reaction to taps anywhere in the app space. The last update seems to have bricked it.

Cool App

This is a really cool app and allows you to keep up with the places you’ve traveled. I would recommend a feature to allow you to invite people to your group in order to collaborate and add pictures, notes,places etc.

Finally, an app to track my travel

Love this! Easy and fun to use, I finally have both the visual record of my travels as well as the analytics of the places I’ve been. I’d love the app to track cities vs places but that’s just a personal preference of mine. After trying several others, this app is closest to what I had in mind for a travel app.

Before the update I can view address of place I click, now I cannot. Please fix.

Exceeded what I thought I would want in the app

I’ve been using this app to record where I have been by memory. I just discovered that if you post a photo, it will collect the metadata on it so you have accurate data of when and where you were as well as a photo to prove it. You can also add notes!

Great App and great customer service

This app does exactly what I need it to do which is to log in where I’ve been. Simple and elegant. Had a problem logging in on my latest trip and emailed customer service and received a response less than 24 hours. Problem solved!

New phone, lost data

I had upgraded to unlimited and had tons of pins. Then I got a new phone and when I signed in, all my data was lost (I’m pretty sure I signed in with Facebook originally). I’m feeling pretty frustrated.

Glad I found it!

Best travel App out there, and I’ve tried a tonne! Outstanding customer service as well! My only suggestions for future updates to make it perfect would be to: 1) show more stats prominently (% world by area, # countries in each group, etc.) 2) add a wish list, or “places to visit”. As a workaround I’m using groups for that, but then the wishlist gets included in my #countries which messes-up my count :)
