Please fix the bugs. Some of the days are missing and the workouts are listed twice.
Mike O’Hearn is a real Titan! And his workout plans are the best ever! I’ve tried plenty of different workouts in the past, and none of those compares to this. Big big Mike 💪🏼🔥👍🏼🔝
I’m only on week 2 of Katie Crewe’s ultimate gym guide, which I’m doing from home with some modifications. Katie’s coaching is easy to follow and I’m already feeling stronger. She is motivating and always responsive to questions. Highly recommend this app and Katie’s programs. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve tried many apps and plans and this one is awesome!
I Have this App for over 6 months now, I did 2 plans and working on my third. When I try to see how much weight I entered last work out. Can’t find it. I emailed them multiple times NO Answer. One more thing. You can’t access the data that you entered while working out. You have to close your work out, go to calendar and check what you put last time, then go back to your work out. it’s annoying ( why enter the data of you can’t access it )?
I downloaded to try Katie Crew plans - she didn’t disappoint - fantastic plans - highly recommended - different levels for beginner to advanced. I’d suggest following her on Instagram too - great instructor
Great service with good workouts, easy to use videos and a built in timer that will kick your butt unless you’re at a fairly high level of fitness. I do cardio classes and lift weights and it still got me. The bad is how they bill. You’re advised you will be charged $7 a month unless you cancel within 7 days. Except you’re charged $84 lump sum. That’s a bit crummy and I’m sure a lot of people hate it.
This app is a must have! You can choose your trainer (home or gym) and record your weight you used and the number of reps with a quick tap.
I used to use this app religiously about a year ago but now since I deleted my Facebook it won’t let me create an account? Severely bummed.
I’m definitely not new to the gym and I know what I’m doing for the most part. However, if I don’t have a plan, I’ll walk in like a deer in headlights. Fitplan has helped me SO much. It’s so easy to follow and it takes the guessing out of it. I go in to the gym feeling confident in my plan of action and know I’m going to get a great workout!
You new to fitness? Want to try working out? Don’t try this app.. doesn’t have any modified workouts expects you to AUTOMATICALLY have the strength to do any of these work outs. The app freezes and tends to crash while you’re working out, so you’re at the gym doing a squat trying to figure out what’s the next step you can’t it’s frozen on ONE SCENE downloading it isn’t a bad idea which hasn’t failed me. It’s not worth 15 dollars a month I wish I could have the money back BUT if you want a good experience I did the brittnaebabe21 challenge and that’s where I saw a difference it’s on the app but it’s only one volume :-/ okay done ranting
