The app has some pretty good workout plans available with instructional videos to show you how to complete each exercise. The rating I provided is low because there is no way to contact support outside of a chat session which takes hours for a response. Plus, there is no payment history in the app or on the website to view. Why are you charging me for a service and I am unable to see what the charge consists of? That is a huge problem.
I checked off the monthly subscription and was charged for the year, and the app support page doesn’t work! Pretty annoyed with this and will be taking it up with the apple App Store
Fitplan is the absolute best ! Ton of amazing trainers on here but you have the man, the myth, the TITAN, Mike O’Hearn ! Join us !
Absolutely loved the idea of being able to do the workouts from my Nike Apple Watch (series4). However was/am Extremely disappointed that if I do a workout on my watch it doesn’t always (like almost never) syncs with the app on the phone. Makes tracking progress difficult when the app says you have only completed 2 workouts and you are on workout 15 on your watch. Videos are great and they do have great workouts. Would be nice to be able to switch programs on your watch (for example if you were doing weight training and wanted to do a cardio work on your “days off”).
Quality plans, poor customer service (none at all). Feedback/support link never works. App keeps crashing when I look for new workouts, even right after downloading updates.
Workouts are great, but good luck getting the app to work or redoing a workout. Tech support is email only and I have exchanged over 10 emails trying to fix my app.
Awesome workouts available. But no nutrition and diet plans to go along with it. As anyone, especially professionals know. Diet and nutrition are a huge part of your workout. I went online to see if there was an added app I needed to download, and the site claims there is. But I found absolutely nothing. If u want the full effect your better off signing up for mike ohearns personal website. It’s cheaper and has everything u need.
I’m athletic and use(d) several platforms— including my gym. This is hands down THE best platform. Varied intensity of training sessions, different modes of communicating with us...and they keep Innovating on the fundamentals — so the old stays fresh.
I used to love this app, but I absolutely HATE the new “hands-free” workouts they have rolled out. The videos are glitchy and repetitive and there’s no way you can listen to music on your phone while doing these workouts. Also, I prefer reps to being timed. I find myself spending more time staring at my phone than getting into my workout which kind of defeats the purpose. Please bring back the old format. If all the new workouts you release are “hands-free” I’m going to have to cancel my subscription.
Downloaded this app after seeing it on Sweatcoin, looked it over for about a day, then decided it just wasn’t for me since I don’t have much in the way of equipment or space for at-home workouts. I deleted it, didn’t think about it for awhile, but then see I have a $16 charge through my CC connected to my Apple account to FitPlan even though I never knowingly signed up for any premium membership? FitPlan isn’t under my Apple subscriptions either so had no idea I was even signed up for anything. Probably not a bad app, but not for me and got charged without even knowingly subscribing or using it at all
