Syncing issue with my iPad

I’ve written about this before, but it seems to come and go so I have no idea what the problem actually is. I have a dedicated full fiber line running directly into my actual house, so my internet speeds are unquestionably fast. Some days I turn on the app and all the coloring pages I’ve downloaded sync fast and easy. But my main experience has been months of unending syncing errors. Over and over again with no end in sight. I like to color at the end of my evening, so I will wait until I’m almost tired enough to go to sleep before I turn the app on. I like to relax with it. And it has managed to bring me more stress than I can justify just due to this exhausting and unpredictable syncing issue. Last night, as an example, I started syncing way earlier than I normally do. Normally I’ll turn on the app when I want to use it. This hasn’t worked out for months - spare this little window of it functioning perfectly for a short period of time not too long ago. Usually what happens is I get so tired waiting for the sync to finish I close the app and go to bed. Last night I got smart and said I’ll start syncing earlier than I need so when I’m ready it’ll be all set. It took forever to sync 102(I think) images and I was elated to see my master plan had worked! I never let my screen go to sleep and I never switched out of the app to use another app while it was syncing. So I’m making this clear, I stayed in the app and kept the app open the whole time. The sync finished and I celebrated with excitement because I haven’t been able to use this app for so long. I put my iPad in front of me, got ready to scroll my coloring pages to see which one I wanted to choose and before I could even make that first scroll (my finger had not touched the screen yet) all the pictures, which had already completely synced and were viewable to me when they did so, went blank. *poof* —-> blank I was taken aback. I just stared at the screen. The borders to the boxes the coloring pages were in were still there, so you could see *something* was synced in all these empty boxes but every box was white. Not empty. Not like when I first connect and it has to build the list. No. The list was built but every single coloring page was now blanked out and replaced by white. So the page scrolls went as far as 102 pictures go, yet every single place holder was white. Then... the icing on the cake? This app started the sync all over again! I was like “I can’t win with this app. I just can’t win.” I paid a subscription fee and I used it for a while at the start with absolutely no problems but at a point shortly after that this sync issue kicked in and I’m telling you... it has made my subscription a complete waste of money. I’ve never uploaded anything from outside the app. I want to, but what’s the point? And since I don’t know what’s causing this ridiculous issue I don’t want to add a potential unknown into the mix. If I had a choice between a refund and making this app functional, I would choose to make this app functional. I paid it because I *want* to use it. I just can’t, and I don’t know why. It’s incredibly frustrating and it’s supposed to be stress relieving. All that said: when I used this app when it wasn’t giving me this syncing error issue - it was fantastic. I highly recommend it if you don’t have sync problems this app is incredible. It’s fun. The tools are easy to work with and the staff are very responsive and helpful, despite the snippiness they sometimes have to deal with from users complaining. They keep it positive and keep forward motion with problem solving, so they’re great. If someone could look into this syncing issue I would be greatly appreciative. I use an iPad Air 2 Model MGH62LL/A with a Pixel Adonit pen, which is likely not relevant but I’m mentioning my whole setup anyway. Thanks
