Horrible service, horrible interface

Believe it or not, you can not receive food and still be be charged, and require a chargeback to recoup your funds. That you never got food for. Move on, find a better service!

This is the 4th time my food has been taken!!!

In all the time that I’ve ordered through Uber eats most experiences have been good. But this is the fourth time that my food has been marked as delivered, calls can’t connect to driver, no message has been left about where they left the food even though my instructions are specific. Uber eats, how do you plan to stop this or prevent this from happening to more people? I am sitting here at work hungry because I haven’t eaten all day and having to wait another 8 hours to eat. I don’t want to keep tipping people until after food has been delivered from now on because of this occurrence.

Constant Disappointment

Too many issues to type out, but this service is a scam. They take your money instantly but offer no real solutions when they inevitably bungle your order (literally, every other time I order.) Drivers bring me someone else’s order, drivers don’t check that they’ve grabbed everything in my order, drivers put my order in strange places somewhere near my apartment. Tonight I’ve placed an order because I’m hungry and here I am waiting over an hour later because there was no driver to accept the order. Since the restaurant accepted the order, I can’t cancel and get a refund. By the time my food gets to me it’ll be cold and since I’ve been waiting so long Im now very hungry and angry. Uber’s solution? Here’s $5 in the app as a credit for your NEXT order! Because they assume I’ll be ordering again, and there’s literally no one in the company to complain to. They set their business up to take your money and make it so you can’t actually contact them. It’s a scam. This was my last order through this service. I’ve been burned WAY too many times by Uber Eats.

Weird policy to ask for a valid drivers license or a passport to order food what’s next a blood sample? I already gave you my credit card info lol

The promo code did not work

The promo code didn’t work and when I put in the promo code still did not work. I accidentally ordered the food on accident and charged me 28 dollars to be cancelled

Horrible

My orders are never fullfled properly when I order in Uber eats. They almost killed me by giving me an ingredient I am allergic to in my meal. I’ve wasted so much money on this app. Uber needs to find a way to ensure customers are receiving what they are actually paying for.

Failed Deliveries

I pay for Uber One and recently I have had 3 failed deliveries 🤨 Haven’t had this much problems with deliveries for Door Dash I guess I will stay with Door Dash😁

Terrible customer service

I did not receive my food from Pizza Hut. Reported it to Uber. They refunded my amount. Then when I tried to order from another place with the Uber cash they charged my card. I cancelled the order to ensure it would get ordered from the Uber cash. They then took my Uber cash and did not refund my card amount. When reported they stated that since the merchant accepted my order (placed and cancelled within 1 min) that they could not refund my money. Asked if I could pick it up in person and they stated that the merchant does not have the money. They do, but will not refund the amount or any portion of it. I’m disgusted in the poor customer service from Uber and they are scam artists. How is this legal to just keep money for absolutely no reason when the consumer didn’t get the product they paid for ?!?!?
