Stopped tracking completely. Contacted customer service and was basically told it was my problem. Lost lots of money in mileage because of it just stopped working and I did t notice. I only do reports once a month. I’m gonna guess 300-400 dollar loss in the last 45 days.
Unfortunately, support beyond your faq is lacking. I see nowhere to contact support. Your autoclassify is mislabeling trips in the note area. Hasn’t worked in one week. Your website doesn’t work either. What’s the deal? Once again the app support link doesn’t work. The app has grayed out. Won’t work.

Before I chose MileCatcher as my app for Trip tracking I used three or four others along with it at the same time. I decided on MileCatcher because if it’s greater accuracy and greater ease of use. I can highly recommend it after having used it for two years now.
I got all the deduction report features I need for a third less subscription cost. Winner.
I have to keep track of my miles because I drive a company car. Mile catcher makes it so easy to classify my trips and create reports. I love using the app and desktop versions to add trip comments.

MileCatcher is easy to use and makes classification of business versus personal mileage quick and streamlined. Then I run a quick report at tax time. On a nerdy note, I think it’s fun to see the visual maps of all the places I have driven.
Double billing? Turning off auto tracking two months before Pro expires? No support path to billing resolution? I like the app for the most part. I’d rather not post here but other support paths have failed or remain undiscovered. Maybe we can work together toward a solution.
Don’t buy the is a scam I paid and don’t work only they still your money. I spent 50$ and the app is not working at all
