I hate having to look for new recipe ideas. Endless searching and then having to scroll though a story about why they’ve created the recipe is just pointless. This app makes it so easy to have it in all one place with clear directions! Such a fun place to find new things and easy to navigate. The only thing I would say is to make a folder for the free recipes so that when I refer it to my friends they can get a good taste of how it works.
I have a subscription yet am subjected to seeing ads every few recipes. Not cool. Won’t be renewing.
This menu is fantastic! Makes good vegan recipes easy to find rather than endlessly scrolling through Google or Pinterest. Can’t wait to impress my friends and family with more of these unique/ delicious vegan meals!!
I’m not vegan, but have been trying to incorporate more vegan recipes into my life as I want to eat more sustainably. This app is great if you’re looking for simple vegan recipes!!
I love this app! There are so many recipes, it makes finding plant-based options easy. I also love that the recipes are not all from the same person, you get such a variety in tastes/flavors and cooking skill levels by having multiple people contribute. Literally something for everyone!
That is great I love the recipes in it but it needs to have more of an accessible look for someone who uses voiceover. It's a little complicated to use. Also, I buy the monthly subscription and I see ads like crazy. I don't know if this is a bug or not but I don't think a subscriber should have to see advertisements. That should be in the free section and then once you subscribe the ads should disappear but not in my case I still see them every time I get in here
I love plant based eating and am always looking for new recipes. I downloaded this app but can’t even get past creating a new account because it won’t recognize any letters in the password box. Luckily there are a lot of apps out there so I’ll subscribe to a different app
So i downloaded this app on Monday. I noticed a few recipes missing ingredients but not often- just a few sprinkled throughout. Thursday I bought some ingredients for a dinner and a dessert. Friday, it ke asking me to subscribe even tho I have a subscription and then giving me errors every time I tried to view a recipe. I checked for update, deleted, reinstalled, canceled my sub and resubscribed and it’s still not working :( I really want to love this app!
It locks out of seeingRecipes an Ingredients
Update: Green Monster Deplorable Business Practices I reached out to Green Monster One Green Planet developer, no response. I paid for a 1 year subscription that expires February 2022. I have been unsubscribed from app, One Green Planet / Food Monster kept my money, am unable to restore previous purchases, and can’t even open a recipe from the “free” “latest recipes”. FYI: All the recipes can be found online without losing your money or going to the One Green Planet website. I save time doing a basic internet search instead of waiting for Food Monster App pages to load. I just updated my one green planet app and the already glitchy crashing app is now plagued with ads conflicting with my personal settings and security software resulting in destruction of my phone battery that is equivalent to the battery destruction generated from iOS 14 & the Zillow app. This battery drain is a result of my personal phone configurations settings & ad- blockers. etc. There were not ads on this one green planet app at the time I paid for my subscription. This used to be my favorite app. Now I am paying for ads due to an update? Deplorable. Thank you developer for your response, I have updated my review to lieu of your comments. Because the content of your app is wonderful it makes the frequent total app crashes and slow glitchy scrolling tolerable and for me worth paying for. However, I personally choose not to pay for apps that have ads. In this case I paid for your excellent app with no ads and then I updated your app and am now paying for ads. Please remove ads from paying subscribers or refund their money. Or maybe offer for a few dollars more an ad-free version? Your app price is already steep but I would pay a little more for ad free. In addition, I’d rather buy a thousand paperback recipe books before I spend my hard earned money on a glitchy recipe phone app full of ads.
