There is no way to enter the income that is made from other income or online sales. Please consider updating so we could enter various income if we are not able to log in the computer.
There are some good features like adding expense. Everything else it]s pretty bad and it constantly crashes.
The app is so slow at updating data — I just tried creating a new invoice, spent time creating a new client, input the line items, and bam I’m hit with a message “this invoice number is already in use.” NOT MY PROBLEM. I’ve had issues with the slow data for years and accepted it, but this was absolutely a waste of my time. It should check the invoice number immediately with an API request and not rely on what’s been imported on the device. Oh, and the new client and products (line items) did not save either. So it took me about 10 minutes to create a very simple invoice. There’s NOTHING mobile about that.
update may2020- time tracking is still broken. update (after using for 2months-mar2020)- i’m pretty disappointed with this apps time logging functionality. there is a clear bug where logging time will often get stuck on “today” (but it’s infact 1 or 2 days behind, even after pulling down to sync), so you will enter time log entries but they will be recorded a few days back. big issue where i’m now logging several times on a saturday or sunday for a client when it’s infact a monday. and sadly app updates are not released very frequently. for 25$ a mo per user, users should expect (and get) a lot more. (that’s nearly 3x netflix monthly fee, for a pretty basic cloud based app/db). will update review if this improves. 4.8* avg, really?? I hope i’m missing something- There are no settings in the app. thus no way to customize it at all. ie when i log time i never use the timer, often use the same service , yet each time i have to click and choose each of these. there should be a setting for your defaults. quite a few things tell you to use a web browser (not a big deal though) the app is always slow to open ( ie you tap it, get the blue freshbooks screen for 5-10s and then your in (not a login issue bc am already logged in). this app needs some improvements and ability for settings / defaults.
I’m trying, is new for me, but is easy and complete only I don’t know how to attach pictures. And it’s very important in my jobs to add sometimes pictures.

Anything you want done is on the website It’s completely unintuitive They’re back office is a bunch of pencil pushing losers who lack communication skills I wouldn’t trust them with used toilet paper
Would have been faster if they sent a check and I lose $20 in the process. Turning that function off and deleting that account. Wish I could remove Freshbooks branding in my invoices. Receiving that invoice would make me think “unprofessional” The app/service seems ok otherwise.
So frustrating. I can barely get anything done on this app. It keeps kicking me out and I have to go back and redo all the work. Not worth the money! The desktop software is good I just couldn’t use this app anymore I was about to pull my hair out lol
