Like the App. Dont understand why the desktop/web version doesn't have the same animation effects as on the phone, because the workflow on a desktop is 1000x better. Now i have to design on my computer & then add the animations on phone, a bit of a annoying design process.

Started with Adobe 2 years ago at $19.99 per month and included all the desktop design apps and Spark. They have raised the price twice to $29 and now to almost $35 a month. After raising the second time they then eliminate Spark from the plan and want you to pay an additional $9.99 a month (facepalm). Perfect example of a greedy corporation squeezing all they can from the little guys. I will be searching for alternative apps and do not recommend.
I am having difficulty getting this app to work. It’s often slow or stalled. It takes hours to finish an image for hours with no success. When it works it’s a great tool. When it doesn’t, well, it’s frustrating. There are other issues like having to add and re-add fonts, but if it would just work.
I have a NEW device but download / upload quality of images is HORRID! Not like that in my other apps. Wow! Don’t waste your time!

There is no history for editing videos. I started a video edit on phone and wanted to add logo. (you can’t add logo from phone, dumb) I added logo on desktop. In the process of this it automatically added a bunch of slides, like from power point, between my video clips. It also didn’t bring over all of the clips. When I went back to phone some of the video clips were missing. I waisted 30 min. editing a video how I wanted to have it dismantled because it forced me to work in 2 environments and it’s not stable enough program to do that. - yes I waited, yes I exited out. I read all advice. It’s just not working as advertised.
It’s like having my Mac Book computer in my pocket. Super easy to use and creates high resolution images that I can send to print. Perfect for my marketing needs. I use this to create menus, event signage, everything!
I paid for a subscription on an annual contract for $104.70 in November 2018 ... didn’t use it much and tried to use it now - September 2019. Contacted customer support, and they asked me for 1. Apple Subscription Receipt 2. Apple ID 3. Adobe ID Provided all of that, although they should have those records already. They responded again asking for more proof - 1. Screenshot of the App Store application 2. Screenshot of application subscription page. You have had my money since November. Please either give me access to the subscription or provide a refund. Thank you.
