Love the design, love the meals and workout program but… App on the phone does not track “estimated calories” when I select a workout. If I use the Apple Watch app then it’s harder because I have to pause to see the actual exercise and then restart again. Quite annoying!!! Why doesn’t the app sync, so it’s tracking on my watch while video is my phone?? Please fix. Also, if I change my daily step goals, then it says I didn’t meet the previous ones which I originally did. So annoying!!

This program is fabulous! So much content available for the cost. I never get bored and find workouts challenging. Highly recommend!

This annual membership is the best investment I have ever made. The ROI is unmatched . Fit body, defined muscles, movement , stress busters, calm mind and many more. The app is very well laid out and the trainers are top notch. I love how they have everything from strength training to Pilates and yoga

Best part of my day

After a SWEAT zero equipment workout with Kayla, I feel confident and safe. I am making noticeable progress in my physical body, but I am becoming a completely different person mentally and emotionally. I’m grateful for this program and will continue to workout, God willing :)

Time is WAY OFF

If you need to budget your time because you are a busy working mom, don’t use this app. The times shown are wildly off. Or if you do use, be sure to add about 20 mins to every single workout. It’s frustrating to use when you think you found something great.

I love all the options this app gives me on workouts! I was getting so bored of my usual ones and it’s really refreshing to see so many more exercises and options that I’ve never attempted before! My abs have never looked so good!

Fierce Challenge 🔥

Absolutely love this app. Currently doing the fierce challenge. I love that although I am doing this challenge I have soooo many other workout to choose from, from different trainers. Honestly, my only complaint is there is no notification/buzz or horn when time ends on an AMRAP workout so I have to hold my phone to feel it vibrate. But that’s barley something to complain about. Wonderful job on this app, great quality!
