Sweat app has been great. But I feel like they have definitely stepped up their game. During this pandemic The Sweat app has given us even more workouts with loads of variety ❤️ No excuses now, whether the gym is open or closed you can get a good workout in 💪

Takes all the mental work out for you

I love working out at home, and I love how this easy app makes it. No worrying about logging into another website or looking at a written workout. The how-to videos and descriptions are good, the interface is friendly and simply, and the exercises are challenging and enjoyable

Almost perfect app!

Love this app it really keeps me motivated to keep going and stay consistent. The only thing I would change and I’m taking 1 start for is a better nutrition section. I would love to be able to swap meals and see easier/more recipes. This would make it so perfect! A boxing/mma program would be pretty sweet too 😊

I’ve been using this app for years and throughout many different stages in my life it has provided exactly what I needed for my workouts. It keeps getting better and better and has tons of variety so if I get bored with one program I can easily switch it up. It has made me so much more comfortable in the gym and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for fun, encouraging, challenging workouts!
