Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Wow I love this app it has everything I need. Different trainers for different goals or if I need to change it up when I am feeling tiered or have my period. It has new recipes everyday and keeps me motivated. I love this app!

Excellent workouts, at every level. I have done a few programs over many years. I like these workouts bc it works, it’s to the point without all the talking, and there’s many extras that help motivate you. I love the many types of workouts to change it up. And it’s not so expensive like many other programs.

Built in workout timer, substitutions & exercise swaps, weights used tracker, warm ups & cool downs, numerous instructors & exercise styles to choose from with progressive overload programs plus on dem and single workouts, mindfulness, nutrition and more!!

I have been using the sweat app to workout at home for over 6 years. I love the variety of exercises available, the fitness tracker and the meal plans! It’s a great app if you’re wanting to have a personal trainer right in your home and the SWEAT community is awesome!

I always went to the gym and when my gym closed and I started having kids this app saved me! I don’t have to think about working out or what to do. I workout from home but you could also do the workouts at a gym. It is very helpful and love the workouts!
