Please fix the bugs in PWR

I do the PWR program and this app almost always restarts the timer during activations when it’s already gone through it once. Then I have to wait for it to finish so I can see the next workout. So frustrating!!!

Impossible to cancel!

This app will auto renew and is impossible to cancel. They don't respond to requests and do not let you know they intend to renew or let you know how to cancel. It directs me to my subscriptions through Apple but doesn't charge through them.

Finally an adjustable workout!!!!

I’m in the beginning of my fitness journey and most other apps I tried before this one didn’t have an option to replace certain sets, with this, if I can’t do a move I can replace it with one thing more beginner. AMAZING and easy to follow while my mosaic is playing over it!!

Helped me gain confidence to actually go to the gym!

During grad school, I got super out of shape. I was too nervous to start from scratch in a public place like the gym, so I decided to try Sweat equipment-free workouts. It helped me so much with my stamina and strength. Made me feel like I could level up and get back to using equipment. It’s been an excellent experience and very forgiving when I was too busy to squeeze in a workout!

I’ve been using this app for years and I absolutely love it, it has become my lifeline in the gym. However, the menu/recipes haven’t changed in years. I wish they would, I would love to try new things.
