I love how convenient the app is to use and track your progress. The timers are great and even the warm up and cool down parts being prompted before and after is so helpful. I also really appreciate them making it covid friendly so we can do everything at home! : )
I’ve been using Sweat for the last three years and completely love the app’s layouts, different programs it offers, and its user friendliness. it’s perfect and something I will continue to invest in! Ive tried out other fitness apps and plans and nothing compares.

I have tried a handful of fitness apps recently, and Sweat is the only app that has truly motivated and guided me as a newbie to working out. The workouts are timed, true to their labeled difficultly (beginner/advanced), and clearly demonstrate the moves. For 18 years dance was my only exercise, so when I left for college and gained that Freshman-15, I had no idea “how to workout” at home or at the gym. I needed a workout regimen that planned out all the exercises for me so I could get familiar with exercises and fitness terminology, and Sweat has done exactly that for me. It’s also so convenient that this app has the scheduling feature so I, a busy college student, can plan my daily workouts at the beginning of the week. 10/10!

I’ve been trying to find something to keep me motivated and produce results. Before I found the sweat app, I tried making my own routine but plateaued and began to lose motivation and lose all the progress I had made. The sweat app has kept me motivated, encouraged me to challenge myself, and the results have been amazing! I’m only 1/3 of the way through but I can see and feel the changes already! I also enjoy the fact that they show you how to do the exercises and explain how to do them! They also provide a weekly menu to help with controlling your diet. I am a little of a picky eater so I don’t do some of the recipes but, instead, I modify them and still very much enjoy them! I will recommend this app to anyone who is looking for help losing weight and getting stronger!
SWEAT continues to out some themselves and their competition! So many options for everyone, no matter their stage in their health and wellness journey!!! The community is next to none!
I have never been a workout at home type of person, but this has changed things for me. I am doing the 6 week challenge with some friends and I love it. I already want to do it every day.
