I like the breakdown of sets and reps. I like the way it keeps track of what weights you used and I especially liked the way it compares what you did. I maxed out on 1 session and it said the amount of weights I did that day was equivalent to lifting a full grown elephant. 😁
Just wish the basic membership let me swap exercises, but for free, I get exactly what I need out of it.
Very simple to use and it helped me keep track of my workout and slowly fix my body!!

I love how easy and simple this app is and it provides so much ways to workout in your own special way. I love the abs the most because most of the workouts do not involve equipment... and a big thing about this app for me is that it is FREE!!
I used this app all the time to stay in shape before my accident where I had a spinal chord injury and lost useage of my legs and most abdominal muscles. I think it would be great if you could add a section for people like me. Love the app still use it to this day every day

Love the app especially the video’s showing you how the exercises should be done,and I really like all the workout options! My only complaint is if I don’t have the proper equipment that there could be an option to exchange one exercise in a workout for another using the same muscle or show me a good alternative exercise for that workout ( I do a lot of my workouts at home without a leg press and row machines) still my favorite workout app!
