Can you please add the ability to make a custom workout or add more workouts with no weights
Just busted my a** for over an hour just to find out this app doesn’t integrate with the activity tracker on my iWATCH! Smh! GymStreak is a great alternative guys. As for the app itself I love the fact that it has many different types of workouts. I think that’s the best thing about it. Include iWATCH integration and I will re download.

Nice app but really should have iwatch integration.
This app has helped me to stay focused on the workout and not be consumed with not knowing what to do next. The time spent using this app has been the first time that I’ve seen and felt results from my gym routine.
Challenging but not impossible. If you follow the workout routines provided, you will feel satisfied because they don’t kill you but they do make it feel like you did something.

This is the best free workout app I’ve found. All of the other ones I’ve tried had a minimum of three custom workouts on the free version, but this one lets you create at least a full week’s worth (haven’t tried more than that).
I use this app to organize my workout.
The only changes I would suggest are more variations than 2 for the workout programs that aren’t custom and more than a 12 week plan.
