I’m currently only using the free version and I love it. I can create my own workouts and track weight/reps easily so I know where to start in my next workout. The more I use it the more I think I will probably end up buying the premium version soon.
I love this app I’ve been using it around 2 to 3 months and it’s great knowing all I have to do is walk in the gym and follow the workout plan. Take the guessing out of it at least for me. The only thing I wish this app had with it is pre/post stretches, but other than that I love it!
So far so good. The workouts have been great and I love being able to track my progress so easily. Only issue so far has been a few times where I finished the workout but forgot to log the last exercise. I go back in a little bit and it has reset, erasing the entire workout. Now I have to try and remember what weight I used for each set and rep… I wish the app would save this information automatically.
Great app. Been a huge help and motivational tool. Only suggestion would be the ability to edit workouts after you finish. Sometimes I forget to add all the exercises I do.
Their exercise selections make no sense. I said that I wanted pure strength and the available equipment was a CrossFit gym. I actually workout in a commercial gym but did not want them to use cables and machines in my programming, so inspected a CrossFit gym honking they would board more towards a barbell. 1st programmed set of squats? Wanted me to use a smith machine lol. Smith machine is a horrible squat trainer and I’ve never seen a CrossFit gym with one. App does not appear to be of any help at all for reaching actual goals. If you just want some random exercises auto generated each day then I imagine it will work fine for you.
Would love if the app worked with the TĒM app for the community aspect. The workout plans seen similar no matter what your goals are or the options you pick.
App is solid with good videos and recommendations. One thing that needs to be added is changing which days you do certain workouts. I like to do leg day first in the week ( to ensure I don’t skip it ;) ) but you can’t do that. Simple updates like that would be a good add! Also, need the ability to rearrange workouts. My gym has a lot of traffic and it’s better for me to arrange high traffic machines first.
I love this App! No need to carry a book to log my workouts anymore. Only thing I suggest is an option for small workouts at home.
Great workouts and alternatives
I like the workout plans that it has and the alternatives that you can pick if you just don’t have that equipment available to you. On the other hand you can’t add exercise during your workout and it does take some getting used to while doing the workout. I am only on day 2 of using the app. I will update after 6 weeks to see if there is a result of any kind. My goal is to lose 20 lbs and get toned. I am also dieting and taking supplements.
