I love the app. My only issue is the app will sign you out eventually as if your account expire(even though it’s not) and will erase all your history.

It’s great, it’d be nice if it had a feature were you could write a note to yourself ex. Romanian deadlift side note might say- used dumbbells instead of barbell, it’d be perfect if it had a feature like that

Latest update broke Watch <> iPhone Sync

Although the app is updated on both my watch and phone, ever since iOS16 was released, synching between the two during a workout is an absolute mess. One constantly overrides the other and I constantly have to go back as sets that I’ve finished and marked off are suddenly marked as not done on the phone and eventually revert on the watch. Been using this app for over 2 years but don’t see myself renewing if this issue persists like it has for months.

Great workout app with some bugs

I love this app, been using it for a couple years now. Helps a ton with keeping consistent and seeing results quantified. However, the recent updates have had some annoying bugs. Right now, in order to check how many calories you have, you have to hit pause on the workout. Instead of letting you continue with the workout, it completely exits out and you have to start anew again. Hope this gets fixed soon bc it’s rather intrusive.

I had no idea what to expect from this app, but to describe myself as pleased is an understatement. I heard about it from someone I follow on Twitter and decided to give the first 3 workouts a shot. As a person who was already in good shape, I was happy to get some soreness from each workout. Highly recommend. It’s worth the annual cost, without a doubt.

Not enough exercises included to account for my gym and when I want them included the process is too difficult. No option to add a custom exercise either. If this was available I would rate this 5 stars. The better you get at weight lifting, and the more you want variations and muscle confusion, the less this app is useful.

Love It, but it isn’t free.

It let’s you try it out, for 3 times, and yes, I understand why you pay money for it, but why can’t it be something like basic (no money) or Paid Premium ( optional) like the rest of the fitness apps? Anyway, its great still after all that, my muscles are still sore!!

Progress!

Finally making progress with these workouts. Finding and eliminating weak spots. I love the prescribed workouts and how easy it is to sub out for new exercises if I need to (working my way up to prescribed). It feels good having a routine rather than wandering aimlessly in the gym.

Unusable with Apple Watch

I really like this app and have used it for years. However, when using with the Apple Watch, it loses data every workout. Sadly, I have to use a different app now.
