Please consider making an iPad version of the app that syncs across the iPhone and Apple Watch versions.
I’ve been using the app for a few days now I’ve had my second workout and I am already feeling and seeing some gains . I am about 12 weeks post to baby and I was lifting on my own after I had the baby but I really wasn’t seeing any gains. The app is just what I needed and I’ve checked out other paid fitness apps and this one is totally worth the money and a lot cheaper than the other ones. I love how I create to work out for you and you can modify it by the equipment that you have or your ability to do the exercise. I also love that it tracks your progress
I love this app, use it for every workour 5 times a week. But recently, when I finish a workout it does not let me finish it. Ill stop the timer, but it wont leave the workout screen and give me back my data, ill just stay there as if I had paused it. Even if I restart the app, same thing. Please fix and ill update my review.
My wife and I starting using the app a few weeks ago. She is new to the gym and loves the videos showing the exercises. I like the adaptive nature of the routines so I can get variations to common lifts. Thanks!
This is a great app, however I have one issue. When trying to select the specific muscle groups you would like to work on, some will not go away. For instance I wanted to do chest, bicep, tricep, and shoulders. However the quadriceps will not go away after I have deselected and saved the rest of the areas. Please fix this. Otherwise great app.
If you use the watch app, the phone app locks up. Once you finalize a workout in your watch, If you restart the phone app (because it locked up), when you reopen, it clears the workout you just did on your watch. And then, even if you put your workout back in, the calories burned will be way off (said I burned 150 calories after an hour weightlifting session). Please fix. I love this app.
I’ve been working out for a while now but I felt like I was stuck. I never knew what routine I was going to do, what body part, and I would just cut my workout short because I got bored or tired, and still didn’t feel like I got a good workout in. With this app I now have a routine! I don’t feel lost and I definitely get a great workout in everytime I go!!! It makes going to the gym easier because it takes out the guess work. Definitely worth the investment! I also love that you can customize which equipment you have available (my gym is small) and I love how you can edit things and replace workouts as you go. LOVE IT!!!!!
This is a great workout plan to get amazing results from.
There are alot of machines and exercises that aren’t available. Would be awesome if you could add those, even if there are no videos Also Apple Watch and iPhone are not in sync anymore
I’ve been using Fitbod for a couple years now. Unfortunately it’s gotten really buggy. Every version seems to get worse. The integration with Strava and Apple Health always seems to go wrong. If you tell it to delete something it will delete something other than what you told it to delete. But it’s not just the integrations. The stretching exercises are completely off in terms of calories burned and effect on muscle recovery. Most of what I just mentioned I’ve reported to them as bugs weeks and months ago. Instead of things getting fixed there’s just another bug…
