I like the app overall but it would rate higher if the timer sounded when the app and phone aren’t on.

Great app....bit wish it was smarter

App wii not adapt unless you remove workouts manually. Even if you replace it everyday, it will suggest is every time that muscle group is up. With the new update... app seems to run much much slower. Hopefully things improve.

This app is so buggy and not functional. It doesn’t save your own workouts accurately and messes up when you use Apple Watch to input your sets. So tired of using this and paying monthly for it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I liked when it was free.

I used this app allllllllllll of the time when it had no cost to “start workout,” and it was freaking awesome. Very disappointed that it now costs an arm and leg to use it. I just deleted it, because there really is no point unless you pay.

Man, just getting back into my workout routine and the programs I’m getting on FITBOD are sick! Just as I’m thinking the exercises are easy, they throw some abs at the end and get me on SWEAT mode. Great job FITBOD, best Father’s Day gift ever!

I love this app. I think it gives very good instructions on each exercise, my form is much better than its ever been. The workouts are challenging and I love that it’s so straight forward.

More band resistance exercises

Please pretty please add more exercises, love the app but I was wanting more Booty exercises and exercise resistance bands. The bands around the ankles or thighs the circle ones
