Best Workout App!!

I’ve tried many apps. This is is by far the simplest and convenient one yet. Tons of exercises and great way to track progressions. I’d recommend it to everyone from beginners to experts.

Want an easy way to mess up a workout routine while in the middle of a workout, download this app for the opportunity. It will crash, then reset your entire workout or only hold onto the sets you recorded and delete the others. Really aggravating and frustrating!

Decent but not perfect😉

I like getting inspiration for my workouts and having to do exercises i would myself never choose because i find them hard. However some of the exercises listed are joint killers and would never do them with my clients.having the option to choose the equipment available is great!

Fitbod for Me

Love the idea of getting a total workout without the hassle of planning it. Fitbod keeps track of the muscles I work and the ones that need recovery time. All I have to do is focus on the exercise programs per week. I can do this. Thanks Fitbod! I don’t need a trainer and you are so affordable.

I Love this product 👍🏾

I’ve been using this app for about 4 months now and I love it. I am already seeing a change in my over all health , stamina and condition. This program seems hard at first to understand but after I did a YouTube tutorial on it, I found it so much easier to navigate through and it is an amazing product. Now I don’t feel so lost in the gym anymore. It’s like have your own personal trainer right there with u. 👍🏾😁

Used for 4 months, as a PT, can not recommend

If you’re looking for a workout app that you can blindly follow and it will give you good results, this isn’t it. It gives you incorrect training splits, incorrect exercise orders and incorrect number of reps. As someone who used to do personal training, I like to try new apps. Here is what you’re going to get. 1). Weird training splits. They might have you work legs and chest one day and triceps and biceps the next. You need to keep your large muscle groups on separate days. 2). Wrong training order. Using the op right now and it wants me to do 3 sets of biceps to START my workout before doing pullups. Wrong. You need to work your back first (the big muscle group). 3). Incorrect calculation of reps. It doesn’t give you the correct zone for your reps to fall and adjust the weight accordingly. If you blindly follow the app, you will never do the correct weight or reps. If you’re a seasoned person in the gym, you can ignore the app and adjust what you need. If you need the guidance (which is why most people choose apps) this app will NOT give you the correct training. Bottom line. Poor workouts, shows poor exercise knowledge, like a programmer made this and not an exercise professional

Still bugs

Sometimes the countdown clock shows -1. Muscle recovery sliders don’t save. Would like to preview replacement exercise before replacing. It would be nice to have a workout reset feature if you accidentally modify the original workout.
