I have found that they make it very difficult to cancel the subscription. I finally got support to walk me through how to cancel but even though I cancelled it they still charged me and getting a refund and recancelling my subscription is tough since it says I already cancelled the subscription even though they continued to charge me. It is so frustrating cancelling something when they say you’ve already cancelled but yet are still charging you for it. Such a pain in the ass!
I was not aware of how much content. Really worth paying for no commercials. I will renew next year.
I love the verity shows you can watch. However, the new app design is a little lacking. I hate how the newest seasons and episodes are at the end of the list under each show. Other than that I’m pretty happy with the iOS app.
I love the content on MTOD, however there are some usability issues that make the app annoying for me to use. The app rarely saves my place in a show if I don’t watch it all in one sitting. It’s pretty annoying to find where I was every time I pick a show back up. The app also seems to forget my saved/favorite shows and I have to navigate through or search to find them again. It would be great if I could simply open up the app, find my shows easily, and pick back up where I left off.
Fantastic content, but the app fails at least every 3 weeks max and then ......nothing. Been like this from the start with no improvements ever done. I have seen other reviews saying the same and some with much more detail. They’ll help you get it fixed the next day, but if it doesn’t work when you want it, it just isn’t worth paying for. It’s all on you tube anyway.
It will not let you cancel your subscription. Tells you to do it from the App Store, then the App Store tells you to go to the site, the site tells you to go to the app, and so on... I have emailed them to cancel my subscription and have heard nothing back. No customer support at all, just takes you to a FAQ for any issue....
Very slow on uploading original shows.
Been kickin it around for months. Watched first episode with my son at 9pm roadkill garage.... watched three more episodes before I left for work @6am.... then pent the whole day telling everyone about it.
What the actual (*&%^ have you done to the AppleTV version of this app?!?!?! The last update completely hosed everything. It is slow as molasses. And When the show you want to watch finally does load the seasons are in random order and if you were watching them in order you have to figure out which season you were on, find it in the scrambled order of seasons at the top, then scroll thru episodes trying to find where you were (Extras are a prime example where you 40ish seasons for Roadkill or DED - it’s impossible to find where you were in the watching order so you can see the latest episode) Bottom line you need to fix this now or I may walk and take my money back. edit**I tried the suggested fix and it’s like whomever wrote that has never seen an AppleTV. I will try to uninstall/reinstall, but I’m not hopeful Edit again*** nope still ^*^&%ed up.
