$!!🤬

I hate how you have to pay for almost everything! For advice or practically for everything besides tracking your symptoms and even it costs for certain information on that! It’s honestly not cool life is already hard and getting expensive enough. But this type of help and information is helpful but hard for some of us females who can’t afford the costs. BUT…. I love the free parts of this app it really helps❤️

Love this app

I have premium and I plan to stay on, especially because it helps with pregnancy journeys. Originally, I started using it for period tracking, and all of the ovulation information. The one thing I was hoping that could be looked into or possibly change is the fact that some woman I know have two uteruses, a tilted cervix, or tilted uterus’s. I wish there were more options for women who have those diagnosis's. I don’t have them, but many of my friends I know, do. I’ve told all of them about the app, but because those things are not offered, they are not that interested. If there’s any way to make it more inclusive, I would love for that to happen, so that all women could use this app and feel included. Other than that, I think this app is great, and it helps track everything. When I’m at the doctors, I’m able to pull up the Flo app and answer a lot of questions I otherwise wouldn’t remember. Thanks Flo!

so disappointed 👎🏻

1
i have used this app for 5 years or more and i’m sad to say it’s time for me to move on. Flo used to be such a powerful tool to help me take control over my health and my cycle. i learned so much from it when i was a teenager with no female role model to teach me. the plethora of information, content, and features kept me on the app for hours. when i unexpectedly became pregnant then suffered a miscarriage, i turned to this app. the chat rooms gave me an accepting, warm, space to connect with women who have had similar experiences. i was able to track everything in one place; cycle, water intake, symptoms, mood, sleep habits, etc. and reference that later if i needed, as well as get helpful insights on everything i logged. all of the above i got for FREE! the ads it did have didn’t ruin the experience for people who didn’t want to, or were unable to, pay for a subscription. i loved it so much, it was perfect! until it wasn’t. Flo has become an unashamed premium-pusher. you open the app, BOOM, ad. you want to know what the symptoms you logged mean, BOOM, ad. you want to get any kind of cycle or health insight, BOOM, ad. i am not paying for things that i’ve had for free for years, it’s ridiculous. as another reviewer said, i used to spend hours on the app. now i just open and close it to check where i am at in my cycle (after waiting until the ad lets me bypass it to access the app of course). at this point i might as well save the space on my phone and write it down on my calendar like i did when i was 15 lol. i’ve never made a review for an app before but i feel so let down by this one. especially after reading the reviews and seeing that the only responses to negative reviews about the ads are “email support to suggest changes” or “ads are a way to help us better user experience”. what a load of crap lol. you only care about user experience for people who are padding your pockets. i bet they don’t even respond to this review, aside from the platitudes that they copy and paste to make themselves look better. just another instance of capitalism taking priority over women’s health i guess.

Annoying

3
Using the free version has become so annoying because of the number of pop-ups to subscribe to premium. And the free version offers nothing except cycle tracking - my periods are somewhat regular and yet the predictions from this app have never been accurate. The fact that I have to pay to get even basic insight into my menstrual cycle destroys the purpose. At this point it’s just a calendar to log and track my period.

Not very accurate

3
I wish I could attach images but when planning conception, if I click on August 24th (as indicated to have a high chance of getting pregnant) it estimates the baby’s due date on January 29th 🫠 I’m no mathematician but I believe it takes more than 5 months to make a baby.

10 year flo user..

I’ve been using Flo for 10 years, and sadly they’ve just become annoying with their ads and constant “go premium” push. Switching to something else.

Customer service is not for the people

3
Customer service was beyond disappointing. The app is great but you need to go premium to make it worth it now, which is a frustrating change from what it used to be.

Was good but

Flo used to be good, but now they try to get u to pay for any little advice it’s highly annoying. There used to be so much freedom with this app and now it’s going downhill. I will be finding a new app that is way less pushy and misleading.

Misleading marketing on subscription

1
I wanted to use the free version and I was not under the impression I would be paying a yearly subscription of $59. There was no heads up from them to give me the option to cancel and no receipt from Apple. I found the charge in my bank account after the fact and did not authorize payment. Watch out!
