I can see/feel how effective 15 minutes a day 4 times a week is turning out to be... can’t wait to see how I am by 12 weeks! Will post again!
I have used this app for almost a week now and already have amazing results! The most amazing thing is that you don’t even have to pay with this app, you just do it for free! The only pay is results! And if you want to go pro it’s very cheap for the amazing results!
I have used this app for over two weeks, purchased the $50 / 1 year which I consider well worth it. So far the only con about this app is that they still have no Apple Watch complication. This would be for me what would make this app 5 stars worth, already great and worth it but not perfect yet for Apple Watch users.

Okay, so I’ll be up front and this will sound like such a glowing review it sounds like I’m being paid to write it! Hehe.... I can’t say enough about this app. I have some suggestions and I will send to developer but in terms of workout, it’s fantastic. // sooooo easy to swipe up to next exercise and the workouts depending on ability take about 12 mins (for me). It’s like Crossfit without the weight lifting. Oops I think Crossfit® is a trademark. Hehe.... anyway. Just a great app. I’m actually using it, and in week 5 now. Burpees, push ups, jumping jacks. Reminds me of basic Royal Canadian Air Force workouts from the 70’s, but it works. And it doesn’t need any gadgets or anything other than body weight exercises. So far, so good. Awesome.
It adjusts to the time of desire to exercise. All workouts with my own weight which makes sweat more. There is no exercise that can not be done.
These videos really show what needs to be done. Just do it. Work it.

I really feel like this app has given me more power during my runs. The workouts are quick (yet intense!) and can be completed whenever you can squeeze them in which I love.
