Thank God I used my right mind to use a prepaid debit card because canceling the account is clearly not an option.
My app is not working. I have to go to the website to watch episodes. There are some glitches in the App that needs working out. I think once the glitches are worked out it will be a great App.
This is an incredible app, I’m not sure why it has so many bad reviews they obviously must be fake. The app is aesthetically pleasing the way it’s designed. && It’s very easy to maneuver through the app & easy to operate. I’m only on a 7-Day Trial but I definitely on purchasing the app afterwards because I love the show Jacqueline and Jilly and want to follow it. Great App and Movies, TV Show & Titles. If you enjoy watching AA movies and shows then this is the app for you. They have some good stuff. Don’t mind the reviews.
I did my 4 day trial and tried to get my refund and they could care less they will not help you this is a scam
I’m glad someone said you have problems when you try to cancel. I will not do a free trial.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before downloading the app everyone is having the same issue with cancelling the subscription & still being billed after the free trial. The app is set up where it’s extremely difficult to cancel, I’m waiting on customer service to get back with me about cancelling my subscription. Usually when cancelling subscriptions a link is provided and all you have to do is click it and you’ll be unsubscribed. Not with this app!!!
Terrible app. I canceled my subscription a week ago and was sent an email saying the my subscription was canceled just to wake up this morning seeing that they tried to charge my card again
Unfortunately this was a big disappointment! I contacted them because I was charged twice and still was unable to login to app. It took more than a week for them to contact me back and no questions were asked I was just advised to contact apple?? Smh... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never asked to see apple receipt anything to try and help your customer or even save a customer. smh🤦🏽♀️ .
I purchased a subscription but the app is still not letting me watch. It keeps saying I need to purchase a subscription, but I already have!
This is the second time I’ve tried to used this app and tired to restore purchases via iTunes. Both times it told me I’ve restored too many times and locked me out. Then it tried to get me to buy another subscription. Lastly it billed me twice via iTunes and I had to call my Apple support to get my refund, because your customer support doesn’t respond in an expeditious fashion. This is beyond frustrating. I tried to login using my roku account and it blocked me there as well. Now I went to restore on my roku and its saying I’m still login on the app and I’ve since deleted the app. Please address my concerns via my help ticket.
