How did I pay for my subscription and it renews on November 16 but after I log it I’m told to subscribe. Please make that make sense. I will be requesting a refund since I can’t access what I’m paying for.
I just signed up and got an error message. I can’t watch anything! I check here and your app support webpage isn’t working. I’m canceling just as fast as I subscribed. I watched a show you had on Prime. After finishing the first season, I subscribed to see season 2. I was also excited to see your other shows.
The keep charging after you cancel your subscription!!!!
This app does not work and has been charging me over 6 months
Can’t watch anything.. it keep saying system error. Don’t know what’s the problem. Im canceling my subscription. Haven’t watch the first show, movie or anything on this app yet
Rarely do I feel a need to "complaint" about any business but this is one of those times! I joined some time ago originally but soon after cancelled for reasons that had nothing to do with the streaming service. I made an attempt to re-subscribe and no matter how many times I tried and no matter how many devices, there was absolutely no option to renew, it just kept giving me the 7 day trial option and when I decided that that was my ONLY option, I tried to do just that but it just kept looping to this same screen, finally, I just gave up. A few months later, I decided to try with a different email address than the original and finally, with the alternate email, it worked. A few days ago I made several attempts to watch a movie but the movie would not display, giving me an error message indicating" Video cannot display because there are too many logged into this account", that's wierd, I LIVE ALONE! After seveal attempts, I finally cancelled my account. Today (9/5/2022) I decided to give the service one more try, I renewed my subscription from my Iphone, using the original email address since that is the one that is connected with my Apple ID. After my payment was deducted and receipt sent as proof of purchase, I STILL cannot play any video, I just keep getting the website (7 day trial) that just loops no matter what I do. I have never had trouble with any of my other streaming services, what a joke!
So I downloaded it, paid for subscription, try to watch a show I saw advertised, and BLOOP content wouldn’t play is what it kept saying. So I’m like okay well let me delete and retry. And of course BLOOP‼️ ‘Content won’t play’ AGAIN! No this is ridiculous that all these reviews of the same issue and yet nothing has changed. I really wanted to watch what I saw online and it’s disappointing because you can’t find it anywhere by here.
I’m all for the idea of this app but y’all got to do better with performance because how is it that I already paid for the app with no problems but as soon as I go to stream nothing plays 😒
It said 7 day free trial they charged my card 10$ then I put my passcode in that I know is correct it says it’s not click on reset password link it emails u it does nothing.. no 800 number no direct email for customer service u have to scroll all the way down after all the faq to contact them and then when I finally get into the app everything I click on has an error saying sorry error with a bunch of numbers like I’m so mad so I haven’t watched anything I contacted thru the app letting them know I want it cancel I want my money back no response back yet I’m over it
There’s issues streaming from your phone and then later trying to pick up where you left off on your tablet. But for the low price it’s not something that bothers me I just have to take note where I left off everytime.
