Only two days in but I like it because I need variety with my cardio I HATE steady state cardio and this makes it fun but challenging which is exactly what I like
The app doesn’t track my workouts or sync with the workouts I track on my Apple Watch. I stream my workouts through a Roku device and while they are captured as complete on the website, they are not tracked in the app. The mobile website is much better than the app. Only reason I have the app, is that I can sync the workouts to my activity via the Apple Watch, but I can also do the same with the native watch apps, so will probably delete unless this gets better.
Love, love, love!! The workouts are both challenging and motivating at the same time...when you accomplish each workout, you feel stronger and motivated to work hard to push through the next day to feel amazing and to get the results you want.
It would be nice if you alternated ‘Featured Programs’ a lot more. There are so many excellent trainers with programs that never get featured. Sagi/BodyBeast & Tony/P90X are phenomenal trainers. Show them some love please.
I have been doing CrossFit for the past 5 years and loved it but it was starting to become a chore to get to my box. I can work close to 60 hours a week and it’s almost impossible to be able to make it to scheduled classes. With a little convincing from a friend who loves the app I tried it and couldn’t be happier! I really like the change in pace of what I’m used to and the price is thousands of dollars cheaper! I love the work outs in lift4 and p90x3. I still feel like I’m challenging myself and I’m getting a good workout but I’m able to do it on my own time and my own little space. I’m so thankful for having a friend to push me into it!
I bought the entire year just for the workouts. Country heat and 21 Day Fix are my favorites so far. My husband uses the P90. My only complaint is a better search option that even helps direct you to options you haven’t thought of using.
I’m a coach & trainer, so of course this does it for me! And even though I’m a group x trainer, I HATE working out in groups! I also have a lot of the older programs on DVD. But this puts them & everything together in one nice app. So literally, NO EXCUSES! Plus, it’s got a cooking show & a Beachbody reality show?!!!! Literally, NO EXCUSES. So come workout with me!
I love this program but I especially love the real time workouts! I'm on my 3rd round of 21 day fix real-time. It makes me much more committed to working out everyday. I haven't missed a workout since day 1. I would love a real time yoga workout!!
This is by far the best workout app I’ve ever used! You have a ton of professional instructors right at your fingertips! The variety of exercises alone is unbeatable! I never get bored working out with this app!
It will be interesting to add a check mark to the exercise the I complete.
