Love the app/workouts. Especially love not having to use my dvd’s anymore! I do wish that it had a workout tracker (on a calendar layout) so I can see what I’ve done in the past: and trackable via multiple workout types (kind of like a google calendar.)

30 min at home? Heck YES! In the Best shape ever!

Saw my sister’s before and after pictures, so I tried it. LOVE it! No more gym membership for me! The 21 Day Fix Extreme is so amazing, transformed my body AND I lost weight. I can squeeze in 30 minutes anywhere in my schedule and I save so much time not driving to/from the gym. I got back to my wedding weight after 3 kids and 18 years. I just keep repeating the series although I don’t like the new music they dubbed in. I prefer the older music that kinda sounded like The Gorillas. Now it’s like a bad nightclub but whatever. I do it for Amber’s workouts. Follow the food plan exactly and you will see pounds roll off.

Beach Body on Demand has been difficult for me. I never once heard from the “coach” they provide. I am athletic and to me the exercises move to fast. I also felt like I had to jump through hoops to cancel and after I thought I had cancelled I was charged another year without warning. If you are a beginner this may not be for you. Take advantage of the trial, but be sure to cancel properly if it isn’t for you.

Did at recommendation of elderly patient

An elderly patient was telling me she was doing this with her middle aged adult(my age) daughters. No more excuses! I’ve done some T25 and yoga. No judgement. No fancy stuff. Easy to modify. I love it and it fits my schedule. I’m not interested in shakes. But it’s reminding me to eat more mindfully and less emotionally.

It’s pretty good. Wish there was a search option for target areas. Example, I’d like to do arms, but without heavy lifting equipment and a full workout, just simple arm toning.
