Key features • Multi-exposure fusion technology ensures that a room will appear perfectly lit • Crop and straighten adjustments are simple and maintain the aspect ratio that matches the final output size • Professional looking titles can be added to describe the scene • Large sets of photos are organized by property listing, with tools to sift and sort your best shots • All photos are resized based on a user selected size More details • Camera with advanced exposure fusion Curb Appeal merges the best parts of three different photos to create a single photo that shows what it’s really like in the room. As you shoot, you’ll get a quick preview of the merged photos, you can adjust the merge settings later if you like. There are additional tools in the camera that help you level your shots and align the camera with the room. • Sift and Sort Once you’ve taken your photos, it’s time put them in the order you want them presented in. You can quickly drag to reorder shots. As you’re sorting, you can hide photos you aren’t sure about or delete photos that you don’t want. • Photo Editing Tap a photo to edit it. Quickly crop photos, adjust the lighting or add titles. All edits can be undone, your originals are safe. • Export All the different places your photos have to go require different sizes and shapes and must be kept in order. Don't sweat the details. CurbAppeal will export the photos formatted for your MLS, website or originals (for print), just tap the right size and you're all set. Curb Appeal exports the photos you want and keeps them organized. CurbAppeal can be used in conjunction with the Airbnb and Postlet apps to create professional looking product listings directly from the iPhone. You can even create a virtual tour video from your photos with a single tap.
Hit the shutter button and boom, back to your home screen you go. Awful.
App crashes when I try to take a photo. I loved this app. Paid for the unlimited version. Used it for all my listings for the past several years. Now it does not work anymore. SAD!
I paid for unlimited listings & no help is available when the app doesn’t work. I have great listing photos that the app will not allow me to transfer to Dropbox, I keep getting an error message. Dropbox online can access curb appeal but the app won’t release the photos. I will now have to hire a professional photographer to go out & put off my listing for a week, not to mention I just wasted 2 hours of my time.
This app is worthless, and their customer service is nonexistent. Worked for a while, then started crashing when opening the camera. ZERO response to multiple emails to customer service. Garbage. Stay away.
Worked great for a year. Then, BOOM! On an important listing that needs photos and it no longer works. I can’t stand companies that don’t do what they said they would do. Two emails to tech support with NO REPLY. Rip off!!!
I purchased the unlimited version of this app in October 2019. It was great then. Now it no longer works on my iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3.1. Crashes every time I try to take a photo. Big disappointment that it’s no longer being supported. Since it was purchased I’d expected more.
The app stopped working a year ago to transfer pictures into MLS. The app also does not always work to add a new listing or property. Needs improvement
I’d give this app 3 or 4 stars because it worked great but could have used some improving and updating. Now, since Jan. 2020, it no longer works and the company doesn’t reply to any email to ask for an update. I’d prefer the app worked properly but I may have to ask for a refund although I think that will be fruitless as I have now emailed 4 times without a reply. The app is free for one week and then you must pay $16 if I remember correctly
I’m not sure what happened but the app no longer works. Wish it would get fixed, was very helpful
This app no longer works after the latest IOS update. Super disappointed as it had become a staple for my re listings.
