Not sure why but I keep getting the same questions coming up... Does not seem like I'm getting my money's worth... 10/29 update: my data is lost. Where has all my progress gone? A very important test in my life and important data has been reset. What is going on...

Will not create login

I have been waiting for almost a week for u guys to create my login. Manhatten prep has emailed you, I have messaged, emailed and called to no avail. Students rely on this!!

Poor/minimal explanations

The math answers provide minimal explanations for the solutions. Maybe this is good for someone with already great math knowledge, but I need to know how/what rules were used to solve. At the very LEAST, what category of math it’s called so I can google it myself.

Bad QA on questiond

Very first quiz and there is no consistency in the math problems. For instance some questions consider prime factors to include 1 and n, some do not, some count multiple same factors, some do not, but absolutely no rhyme or reason. It’s clear from community scores on those questions you have a problem.

Great Content. But VERY Buggy

Like very very basic bugs (like screen rotation) with the pop up text showing up cut off in the wrong orientation (portrait vs landscape). Half the time the pop up questions show up off-screen, and I’ve only been using this app for 2 minutes. come on manhattan prep...

Extremely Dissatisfied

What a rubbish app. I paid for yearly subscription by creating and registering with an account. I am not able to login neither I am able to get a response from the management after sending 2 emails back to back for a refund. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MANHATTAN GMAT !!’

Can’t log in

Buggy & sloppy

Lots of formatting bugs: questions too small to read, typos, missing punctuation, missing indents (tough to know what paragraph 2 is if there’s no paragraphs). Also, some of the verbal questions are poorly written which makes studying inefficient.

SCAM

The app is not letting me delete it and trying to automatically set me up for payments without my consent. Trying to uninstall and change the settings but it’s like a trap. Once I downloaded the app I realized it was a subscription and i never selected a 3-day trial but it automatically tries to set you up for one. This isn’t right.
