No WiFi experts at Eero…its employees are rude & do not want to help. Don’t waste ur TIME let alone ur MONEY!!! Remember if we didn’t give one star, their SCORE w/b considerably LOWER!!!
Would be nice if you could see a graph of each connected devices usage over the last 24hrs as well as a rolling 7 days. The week thing just doesn’t cut it. Unless you look at it at the end of the week, there isn’t much to see. The network works great. But this app could do so much more.
Pretty much soaked up my Friday. It doesn't work. I called overseas. They couldn't help either. I'm so glad I bought this piece of garbage.
Not sure why there’s no swipe back from left to right. It’s annoying to tap on the back arrow every single time! Seriously, look into adding this simple navigation feature
The verification email wasn’t sent until after I was so frustrated that I deleted the app and my account. I would give zero stars if I could.
Run a speed test through the app. Then run a speed test through Speedtest.net. The evidence is in the pudding. I will be switching out my modem and router after this embarrassment.
I see a badge on the app and become thirsty with knowledge. I can feel my throat dry up as the app loads. My tongue triples in size when I click on every icon from the main navigation searching for the reason I had a badge. Flummoxed, I close the app and the notification is no longer visible, maybe I was never thirsty.
The text is so tiny on the app that I cannot read it, even with my reading glasses on. This renders app completely useless.
They’ve deliberately dumbed down the software so I have to pay $99.99 per YEAR (with a fabulous deal for the first year 🙄) if I want to see the “pro” information such as the device activity just for today? I can look at the device activity for the week but not the day. So I went to “live data”, but I had to exit and re-enter the section several times before it would show anything but 0kb (I waited at least 5 seconds for it to update). Oh, and I forgot about the fact that it only seems to remember about 2 devices and the rest are always NEW, whether I’ve added the information to eero or not. What a sly, deceitful way to get more money from your customers who have PAID for your equipment.
I am an Eero plus subscriber with the 6E pro mesh routers. My biggest gripe is that the default setting should be to filter adult content and filter out ads. If a kid’s friend comes to our house with a new device and connects to the network I shouldn’t have to modify the app to filter their device. This is a silly requirement. It seems weird that you have to create a group to enable features that should be on for all devices. On the flip side perhaps you could make an “exclude” device list to bypass these settings.
