Did a decent job of catching spam calls but I didn’t even know that no one could leave me messages until a friend told me. Robokoller provided this insane list of steps to *maybe* be able to set it up through them. Cancelled subscription and deactivated service. Money down the drain.
I figured it would really leqd the spam callers on but the recorded robo calls seem to only last about 15 secs.
This app has saved me countless stupid calls all important calls get through even calls from hospital to schedule things this app just knows who should get through and it for your pleasure records these telemarketing peoples life lol putting up with what we do it’s all but hilarious listening to these recordings now they know how we feel gl to them now if others like me get this because I don’t deal with this stuff anymore and for a single fee per year I don’t hv to I’m a real person giving this review of my own free will because this app does what it says it does I give it 5 stars if there were more to give if given it A satisfied customer Natalie Emerson
I had to uninstall it after 3 days after it blocked multiple legit calls and played several ridiculous (somewhat funny but extremely unprofessional) messages to these callers. They need to take a serious look at their spam list. It’s unusable if you have any kind of even remotely professional life... serious and important calls will get caught, ridiculous recordings will be played to them, and this could case some serious damage to someone’s life or reputation in some cases.
This will be the 2nd time I have subscribed. It worked so well the first time (a year or so ago?), even after I quit using the service for a couple of months I received dramatically less spam texts and phone calls for several months thereafter. Since it’s getting bad again, I’m back, and the app looks like it has been improved. Very user friendly and it works!
On May 22, 2019 RoboKiller started blocking my spouse’s phone number. On the next day it started blocking another family members phone number. If I wouldn’t have opened RoboKiller to review blocked callers whose #’s I didn’t recognize I wouldn’t have known this. Because of this I missed an urgent “need ride to ER” call! Hope this doesn’t continue to happen. I have unblocked their phone numbers in RoboKiller. Other than that it has been great!
Does a great job of blocking calls. When I downloaded the app I put all my settings in. However, when I get a notification of a blocked call and I’m instructed to “tap to listen” all I get is a solid blue screen with absolutely nothing on it. Can’t even get to any of my settings to troubleshoot. I tap all over the screen, nothing happens.
When it works it’s great but it frequently won’t open and when you sort calls to certain categories it doesn’t remember. Where is tech support? Unsubscribe me!
The 24/7 support is their website that leads you in circles. You cannot get a real person so there is no way to get info that isn’t listed. This APP cannot be used with the family share on Apple. If you cancel, you forfeit your remaining time and money. NO REFUNDS. I am 1 week in and can’t share w my family but can’t get my money back. It does not state this APP can’t be used on family share.
Why are you blocking people who are in my contact list? Their names showed up with the phone number. That should tell you they’re allowed calls!
