I bought tikets and im trying to make a reservation but its impossible because my tikets disappeared its not clear how to make a reservation
We have four passes and two parents but you make it difficult when it keeps reloading for the one person to remember the others password and then you look up info :( Can you let two email accounts log onto the passes
We were told to ensure our passports were linked through the app. My passport was gone, but my sister’s was still there. My nom has mine on her app. She couldn’t load hers at all for a week. Went to the park to speak to a cast member. We were referred to go online. Online assistance won’t respond. This is becoming a joke. One of the largest companies in the world and this issue hasn’t been fixed, explained, or communicated through experienced cast members. Been a pass holder since junior high and I’ve never had more problems with being one till now. The Mouse is really dropping them ball to its best Guests.

Why even have a chat option if there’s no one on the other end to chat with? I’ve been trying to get help with my ticket not loading onto the app for days with no response. Disneyland stole $250+ from me. I’d give 1 star if I could

I have been trying to get my ticket numbers entered all morning and the system has me going round in circles. I understand it’s the first day for ticket holders to make a park reservation, but this is getting very frustrating and is not very user friendly.
The number is not recognized
