Disney Max Pass is the bomb! Not having to walk to that get the fast pass is this great.

Love the Disney app. Very efficient, easy to use. All the resources in one place. It even has games and a place to see your photos.
To access my paste buffer every time the app opens is a an invasion of privacy. Access to the past buffer should be user driven not event driven.
I’ve been there around 4 times. All cast members and security have been doing a great job. Really feel safe. Can’t wait until they up part of California Adventure to enjoy more shopping and their food.
My annual pass was up for renewal for today. I chatted w Troy online and he was able to answer my questions and gave me the phone number for renewal. I called and was put on hold and was told it would take 17 minutes. I continued to hold until Lisa was able to help me. It was actually 15 minutes. So I was excited. Lisa was able to put my annual pass on hold until the parks were ready to open and let me k ow there would be a $49 charge. So happy w all the help I was given to renew my annual pass. Thankful I was able to speak to a person to do all of this. Great customer service. Thank you. Can’t wait for the parks to open up safely
This was an absolute lifesaver on our last trip. Also has been helpful during quarantine because it gives us updates and information on when things are opening.
It’s the best app ever
I would like the option to download the map which may make the app a little larger in size, but it wouldn’t force users to have to load the map constantly. Whether it be by moving around or simply zooming in and out, the user can always see the map forcing itself to load and trying to keep up with the user. It’s not easy on the eyes, and I think it’s worth the sacrifice of downloading it just to make everything easier and quicker. Completely unrelated: I have maxpass on my annual pass and I was told that it includes photo pass, but it has never allowed me to receive the photos without paying. Another individual purchased the pass for me as a gift so it’s purchased under their name, so I’m not sure if this is an issue with the app or simply a rule of Disney. Regardless, these are the only issues I have found within this app, and I highly recommend it.
