I will be visiting Disney with my family in 2 weeks time and am unable to log into the app on my Phone and my adult children are unable to create the app on their devices. We need the app to insure getting into a queue for the new Star Wars ride! What do you suggest we do?

Been trying for almost 40 minutes to sign up and sign in, and some fields aren’t working. Very frustrating.
It’s been working very well but at times it does crash.
The app is wonderful! Just like Disney!

Fastpass isnt working at all not even one time !!!
When trying to purchase Disneyland tickets on the app, we got a credit card error multiple times. (“We’re having trouble processing...please call”, etc.) We tried different cards with the same result. The transactions are appearing on our account as a charge then an immediate credit. The error message referred us to a number each time. The first number sent us to the Disney World line. The second number sent us to the annual pass member phone number, so we aren’t even getting referred to the right number for assistance. I sent an email message regarding the app errors but didn’t receive a response. FWIW the app help email I sent shows that I’m using an iPhone 10 but I have an iPhone 8.
I have been trying to buy tickets for the last couple of days for my vacation coming up and the days number is stuck at 3 I can not change it. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling, refreshing the app, and signing in and out nothing is working it’s been inconvenient waiting for it to get fixed.
