Quality of scan is not good
I downloaded this app for the free trial and was going to cancel before it charged my CC, but thek It is no setting under manage subscriptions that lets me cancel. I contacted the help option and I went exactly where the help desk person told me to go and there was no button to cancel my subscription. They are probably doing that on purpose. Lame.
I have unsubscribe to this app 3 times now and every month they keep taking money from my card. It hard to get in contact with support and this is still an ongoing issue don’t use this app anything else would be better
This app follows the scummy act where you can’t cancel your subscription without contacting support. And they take their sweet time to respond…
I downloaded this app for the 3 days free trial to scan and email a 1 page document. I don’t know if it got there as the app does not send a confirmation message. Nonetheless, I decided to cancel the free trial, surprise there is no option to cancel subscription or membership on the app’s platform. I sent an email requesting the cancellation to avoid being charged. You guessed right, I received no response. Now, my Apple wallet card has been charged 9.99 + taxes. I am using my precious time to send a 2nd email request to be refunded the charge and have the subscription cancelled. We’ll see if I get a revolution by end of 5 business days. Otherwise, I will dispute the charge with my bank.
Can’t easily cancel.
The ai auto select thing they have is very annoying when trying to scan books. It will select a paragraph instead of the page it’s supposed to and then you have to go back and do it again hoping the ai bot will do it right. A Manual locked rectangle would be perfect for this problem. It makes it very annoying to use after a while
They will take your money even if you choose to cancel your free trial before the billing date.
I can not cancel this thing!
