glitchy :(

this app is so glitchy. it constantly logs me out or won’t load my feed. it’s sad bc it’s an app i’ve used for a while but now i think i’m just going to have to find a new one at this point

Not worth the price

The program is expensive yet it doesn’t actually allow you to post on Instagram, nor does it honor the schedule post time.

Mostly gets the job done

I wish they’d bundle posting to IG and FB together, since they’re the same company. But in general, Planoly gets the job done. Sometimes, there’s an unexplained error when I plan/schedule a post…but I guess that’s life.

Love the app but…

Great app - been using it for a while now but it is constantly buggy - wont load posts in the proper order or today when I went to post wouldn’t load anything at all telling me to come back later. Usually wouldn't mind but consistency is key for driving social growth!

SCAM

I didn’t even make this connection until I was on a chat with an Instagram help line. I downloaded this app, logged in with my Instagram, and then within the next week lost over 300 followers and my numbers were glitching like crazy. It’s NEVER happened like that to me before. As SOON as I logged out of Planoly and changed my password the steady decrease stopped. No clue what they’re doing over there but it messed me up big time.

Complicated process to schedule autopost

Went through the unbelievably complicated process of creating and linking a Facebook account + page to my Instagram in order to auto post on IG—just to find out I need to pay for the upgraded version of planoly in order to be able to crop the image and autopost on IG. Hour and a half of my day wasted. They could at least be transparent about the value of their free version vs paid version. Might as well have this content saved to my IG account. It’s literally the same value-prop.

Not a single thing works on this app

I’ve had this app for 5 days and not a single feature works. None of it! We scheduled all our post and none of them will post. This app won’t let us link any social without using FB. And even after subscription to premium plan they keep trying to force us to pay for the subscription plan AGAIN in the app. I’m positing this review on here in hopes that someone higher up in the company will read this and try to fix this app. Bc customer support just spins around in circles and doesn’t attempt to resolve any of this. This app needs serious help!

Glitches Like Crazy

The app was useful up until I bought a subscription. I’ve spoken to support and the issue was never fixed unfortunately. I’d just like a refund for the subscription I paid for since I spent money on something I can’t use.. Still awaiting a response on that refund too, not sure I’ll ever get one.
