I have had this app before, and I decided to re-download it recently, but when I did so it wouldn’t let me log in. The app would either tell me that I had bad credentials, (which I made sure plenty of times they were correct) or it would tell me I need to create a new account. I just assumed that this was the case, so I attempted to create one, but then I was told there was a “registration error”. After many attempts, I gave up. I loved the app when I had it and used it a couple years ago. After not being able to even open the app past the login page, and spending several minutes trying to give this app a second try, I have different feelings about it.
User friendly and efficient, 100% recommended
I loved the free version and never had a problem. But I needed more so I upgraded to the solo plan. Auto posting to Facebook kept having so many errors and would stop ALL of my posts so I shut that feature off. But my biggest frustration? My grid quick schedule will NOT SAVE. I spend a bunch of time planning my schedule and the next time I open the app my schedule is gone. I’m really tired of duplicating my work. That’s why I am paying for a service to help me with this... That feature alone needs to be fixed or I’m going to have to find another planning service.
This is the only app I’ve ever tried to use with my business page for Instagram and it led to my account being blocked. I was hoping to use this to plan my posts (specifically, to see how photos look in a certain order), but shortly after logging in, I received a message from Instagram falsely accusing me of using a 3rd party service to buy followers and likes. I was immediately banned for a week!! The only possible explanation for that ban is this app, because it’s the only app I tried to use in association with Instagram.
This is a great app that I love to use. It’s extremely helpful when it comes to my freelance work. I’m a photographer so every time I finish a shoot I’ll upload my favorite photos to the app and schedule them to be posted over a period of time. Naturally, I have a lot of photos in my unscheduled queue because I only schedule one full week at a time. The one thing I wish could be added is a “Shuffle” button that would shuffle all my unscheduled photos for me in a random order. This would save me a lot of time. Is this possible?
So many technical distinctions. Lost a lot of time and effort.
Our app kept glitching every other week which meant we’d lose all our scheduled drafts. Super frustrating after spending hours scheduling drafts for the future and then losing all your work. Had to manually post all the time, defeating the whole point of an app. When reaching out to customer service for help it would take a minimum of 24 hours for a reply every time we emailed them, which is disgraceful, especially as paying customers. Almost a week of emails back and forth (only two email replies in that time on their end) and still no problem solved, so incredibly slow. Wouldn’t recommend this app, there’s better ones out there.
Auto post, which is the most important feature that I decided to pay for does not work consistently. I have spent more time with support and re-authenticating my accounts than actually successfully using this app. Support tries to help, but it’s frustrating to spend this much working on a feature that should just work that I never had an issue with using a competing app. Thoroughly disappointed and I would not recommend.

You need to have a way to call for help. The response via email is not great and takes to long.
