A very Poorly Prpgrammed and Managed Platform That's Always Changing from one week to the next. Things startee off fine six months ago. However, when this faux CRM (cause it's not a CRM sustem as falsely advertised) is faced with dynamic or challenging client accounting issues or system bugs, you begin to discover that this is nothing more than an overrated and overpriced invoicing platform. They call themselves making"improvements" by stealing their clients intellectual property/ideas and making updates constantly, so much so one cannot keep up with all the tweaking and tampering. The platform and programming isn't remotely intuitive and the team has zero common sense. Ad some point we found ourselves working for Jobber though paying a monthly subscription; spending so much time on the phone with the trying to resolve their constant failures and lack of CRM functionality. The accounting and Financial reporting feature is a farce - programmers with absolutely NO UNDERSTANDING OF BASIC BOOKKEEPING or business processes.
I’ve used jobber for the past 1 1/2 years. The iPhone app is not as efficient than the computer app. Estimation & invoicing is a great feature for quick payments. However, Clients can continuously dispute to have all funds refunded immediately & you will have to wait for 45 days just to hear them say you lost the dispute. It feels like a scam when continuously done and Job we does nothing to support the contractor. Jobber needs to implement something to prevent this from repeating. Otherwise, you’ll be out of the job , plus the $25 backcharge on top of losing your money paid to Jobber. Not a good business platform to continue for success
Our company has been with jobber almost 2 months now and what a game changer! It has made our daily operations so much more streamlined and with the ability to sync with multiple other apps, our stress has greatly reduced. Neil K has been a great help as we have steadily been getting familiar with the platform and all it has to offer. Highly recommend for small businesses!
Jobber was fine until the update. Now when I clock in it shows the time on job totals instead of the daily totals. When I hit the add notes button everyday it glitches out and freezes up. It often clocks me into general whenever I clock out of jobs and I stay clocked in over night. I can no longer get a hour total for the day. Jobber was fine before the update but I think it’s absolute garbage now. Make jobber great great again!!!

Let’s start with this I work as a solo operator in a lawn care business and this app has been beyond amazing. The staff is wonderful and quick to respond. They have thought of EVERYTHING seriously if you want it or need it the app has a way to do it! It’s so simple to use(I say that lightly not all of you are smart) and for the price you can’t beat what they offer. It’s not cheap as far as a subscription based perspective goes but anyone who knows anything about running a business knows how difficult employees can be not to mention expensive as well. You literally have a full office staff here it’s just amazing. So much automation makes this great and I don’t even have the highest paid membership.
Jobber came at the perfect time. We’re a real estate agency starting our own in-house handyman service for our 100+ agents and their clients. Jobber has made the startup phase organized, professional, and laser focused on our goal of client happiness. Definitely a win!

For anyone starting out a business I would recommend jobber from the get go. It is not perfect yet but they keep improving as we go and already is a great platform. Very responsive and helpful when needed.
Jobber has been a great tool so far for our small HVAC business. Not only has it made logging service calls easier, but quotes, dispatching to our technicians, and billing all done with a few clicks. I wish we had bought this years ago!!
