This App used to be good to get a second phone number for your cell at a reasonable cost. However, now Sideline has been very bad and I regret going with sideline. I’m writing this in March 2023 and I have had numerous times where my number doesn’t work causing me to miss important calls as well as being unable to place calls. The customer support is awful just saying we are aware of an outage and it not getting fixed sometimes until a day later. This has happened several times now.
Have been paying for a few months and half the time my calls do not go thru or people calling me can’t get thru. Not worth the money
I use this for my business and it constantly doesn’t ring in … I miss business calls from clients!!! It take numerous calls chats to support to fix it! Not a happy client and it’s getting worse!!!
Switched from Google Voice to Sideline , hoping for some advanced features and functionality. GREATLY disappointed that this application is such utter garbage. $15 a month is not worth it.
I have used sideline for a few months now and it’s so convenient to only have to carry one phone instead of two and to have a local number but I have a few complaints. The quality of the call is not as good as my normal line. Particularly on speaker phone the call is muffled and if I make a noise when the other person is talking it cuts the audio from the other person making it very difficult to have a conversation. Sometimes I will try to dial a number on sideline and I will get an error message saying the call cannot go through. Then I will try the same number on my regular phone and the call will go through and be fine. I want sideline to be good but I rely on the phone to build relationships with my clients and That is tough to do if I can’t reach them or if I can’t hear them.

Honestly this is the best app based on its variety of available numbers!!! Plus you can actually port them!!!
Don't use this app they sell the number. I have never gotten more spam calls in my life! I haven't even given the number out yet!
My text are not going thru and also I can’t receive text.. I have subscribed for a month and now I facing this problem.. Please try and work it out for me thank you
Sideline is a great tool for our store we forward land line to all staff cell phones ..they log in when on duty. It allows us to see who talked to who when and also allows us text line. Bowers help is automated only ..and line glitches at least once a month ..requiring app to be deleted rebooted alll staff has to do the same to get it working again ..also some customers setting have to be altered (which took forever to figure out why customers phones were not showing calls due to spam filters
