Not working

The app looks very good but it refuses to work for me. I've tried a couple of times but it refuses to create the account so I can't do anything.😢

When you decide that it’s really not the right service for you. They want to keep taking money from your account to pay for a service you’re not using. Really hard to Deactivate

Delay is annoying

App works pretty good, except for the delay when speaking to someone, as much as 2-3 seconds. Sometimes causes me to talk over them and makes it hard to carry a conversation. I use it as a business line so it’s important to have clarity. Get this fixed and you’ll have a much better app.

Unwanted text

I stop using this app. It was ok, but the main problem occurred after I stop using their services. I keep getting text Messages from them asking me to come back. Even though I opted out and unsubscribe previously. JUST STOP ALREADY!!!!!!!!

The best Option for an extra line

This app is an absolute must for anyone who must have a second number. Period. I’ve tried GoDaddy’s SmartLine, I’ve tried Line2 and a couple other apps and NOTHING comes close to this app. Try for yourself with their trial and see why. The Only thing that I would love to see from this app is the ability to have 800 or 888 numbers. If they had that I would give them 6 starts. Also, I had a problem one time and wanted to change my number and their customer support through their chat was superb.

Love sideline I switched from our Att business phone and its been pretty great! Lots of new features that we didnt have before over at Att. Calls sometimes do drop when I answer at times but most of the times they are from a weird number (possibly spam) so I don’t even bother Great service service so far will update😅

This app used to be free. Now they are charging a fee to have it. Not worth it for the amount of calls I receive.

I asked to bigger and bold letters for texting, the message that I received was: I will forward to the app developers. Hoping, it does not take long.
