Wish I hadn’t renewed. My texts have been coming up weird with numbers/symbols mixed it. Looks very unprofessional. Sad to see it go.

Will not let me sign up/sign in

I try to sign up and I enter my phone number and password, and when it reaches the login page, it won’t accept my password. When I click forgot password, it says my account (phone number) doesn’t exist. Endless loop or misery.

I just switched from another paid app that did not invest in their customer service. So much time lost with that one. Instant chat to be able to resolve issues right away? This one has it and I am very grateful for it. Time is precious, frustration is not healthy. Thank you for offering great customer service, you give everyone peace of mind. I am still waiting to see why VPN creates issues with false positive logins. 🌸☺️

Swapped my number without telling me!

I have been giving out my Sideline number for over a year to all of my clients and today somebody told me that my number was disconnected. When I went to check the app, I saw that my old number had been switched out with a new number and a new area code that I did not approve or ask for. If you need reliability for your business, as I do, this is a disaster. Update: when I went to check again, just now my old number was back and the swapped out number had been switched back. I’m not sure if this is because I put in the support request, but for a period of at least a day the number was totally inactive and switched out with a different one. WTH Second edit: apparently because the IP address my VPN uses was “proactively flagged” my account was put on ice. Apparently if you use a VPN, which tons of people advise for security purposes, your account is at risk of being proactively disabled by Sideline and it could happen at any time. Sideline never told me they did this and I had to find out from a client. It wasn’t an obscure VPN either; it’s the best selling VPN on the App Store. WTH

Slow customer service

As a legit 3 year in a row customer they accidentally blocked my account because I used a VPN to access to use this app. Well I don’t use VPN to access this app but for other business purposes so my VPN is always on. It has been a day but my account is still not restored. The CS is very slow, one of them says they can help restoring the text history, the other person says no they can’t restore any history. Whom to believe? Btw, we are out of business now because they are slow

Bad customer service and has bugs

Worst customer service ever. Keeps popping up stuff about pro features. Tried for over 3 months to get it fixed and they won’t fix it. I do not recommend this app.

Issues with app

For creating new conversations some numbers do not work. I look up one of my existing contacts, nothing shows up when trying to create a new conversation. I copy and paste this clients number into the app to again try to create a new conversation, her name / contact shows up then the keyboard disappears and there is nothing further I can do. So much for paying every month for something I cannot even use properly. Please fix this, I will adjust review accordingly. Best to really think about if you want to use this app or not, I have 10,000 business cards with this phone number on them and I am about to throw them out.

I have subscription and can’t login

I’m not sure why it is doing but as soon I paid $9.99. Th is app is not letting me login also I got charged from my account.
