What is “invalid data format”?! I have had issues ALL DAY with this brand new camera, it makes no sense! Not currently working and it just keeps showing this same error message for no reason. Beyond frustrated!!
Was working, but now will not log in on new or old app across multiple devices. Please fix your end of things or we will most certainly be NOT recommending your products.
Have used this for a couple years without problems really like dead today I tried to view camera footage and I could not connect to my cameras my router and wireless were not an issue I went as far as trying to delete a camera and it said format incorrect tried to add them back as new cameras after resetting would not generate QR code so somethings wrong with the software making the cameras worthless.
These cameras were awesome and were working really well until I did the recent update. It kept saying my cameras weren’t connected even though they were and had been working with no problems. I could not get them to connect even thought when I would “test the connection” it would say excellent. I decided I would delete the app and redownload it in the hope of it reconnecting. This was not the case. Instead I have been repeatedly trying to log back on with my email and password and it keeps saying “invalid format please retry later” which is super annoying. There is no way to contact the company because you can’t seem to do it unless you log in. I am at a loss for what to do. I used these in my nursery so now I’m going to have to buy new cameras. Very disappointed.
Just updated then crash. I can’t even look at my cameras they are just for show now. I want a refund. Calling customer service in the morning
App frequently experiences network errors and cannot connect to server while every other smart device in my home is connected just fine. I am using this camera as a baby monitor and is unacceptable. Had to buy back up baby monitor in place of YI Home because I never know when it will lose connection.
It has been broken for months and the company shows no intention of fixing it. Customer service is incredibly unhelpful and indifferent.
Great quality and easy set up
I followed the steps to installing my camera dome. I made sure the WiFi and blue tooth was connected. It keeps saying failed acquire or something of that nature. What am I doing wrong?? I’ve reset the camera and followed the steps and it’s keeps saying failed to acquire? Help!!!
Motion sensor recordings don’t work It keeps giving me this message “Fail to load video” Tried to delete and reinstall app also resent camera 4 times nothing changes beside that every is good
