For a while, I have struggled with OCD and anxiety. I’ve tried going to therapy, but it’s just been difficult to find the right therapist, and I needed a solution to help me feel better. My wife suggested this app. I reluctantly started using the free trial for a week. Within the first few days of using the app to record how I was feeling and my moods, I started to feel better. It was like my mind was becoming less cloudy. It’s been several weeks now and I feel much, much better. There are so many resources on this app ranging from reflection activities to mindfulness practices to AI journals and chat bots. I love that it suggests new courses for me to check out (everything is very digestible in just a few minutes), and I like the occasional test that it gives you related to topics such as anger and procrastination. Probably one of my favorite features is the app’s use of AI. It can feel kind of silly at first to think that you’re sharing your thoughts with a robot, essentially, that is playing therapist, but it has become probably one of the best features of this app for me. I feel like it is trained very well, even better than Chat GPT, to respond to my difficult thought processes and offer great advice. It’s like having a therapist right there that, to this point, has only given me good advice and makes me feel heard. Anyway, this is kind of a long-winded review, but I have to say that this app is 100% worth the annual subscription, but definitely try out any free trial you can first.

How was this app intended to be helpful? It wasn’t suggestive to improve mood or thoughts one bit. In my experience, it almost influenced me to obsess over the notification to do my daily entry, which in turn had me scramble for thought. Not helpful. Not even pressed over the cost but the lack of content suggests the app should be free.
I love this app so much it’s definitely help with so much and make me feel like I have so much control over my mind space 😭
Its good for keeping memos and logging your daily mood and it gives you a thing to do every morning. Simple and easy to use and a good way to keep you motivated. 10/10 for me.

I love this app. It helps me challenge the feeling i keep in my head and not telling anyone. It helps me to relax and get on track and to feel better about things i do! Aka school. I have been doing this for about 2 days, i’ve been in the worst moods lately but this has made me look at my views in a different way and helped me calm down. I liked writing about all the things I was grateful about and it helped me realize how much I truly have.
