They started charging me $5/wk without me even signing up for anything. Do not download. If you need to unsubscribe if they are charging you, go to your account in the apple store and there should be an option to click for subscriptions (if you aren’t subscribed to anything you won’t have the option). Once in there, if you have a subscription to Picolo you can click on it and then hit cancel subscription. They don’t give you the option to do so in the app.
This used to be free and now you charge us??? This app is going down hill
I downloaded this app when it was free, and it’s a fun and easy game to play with friends. But the app changed to a subscription base, charging you $5/week ($260/year!). I was not asked for consent before being charged. Luckily I noticed after a couple of weeks, however Apple should not allow an app to charge customers without their permission and should make subscription based apps billing processes very clear before it lets your download it.
No one in their right mind would pay $5 per WEEK intentionally for this game. They are clearly scamming people who accidentally start a subscription or forget to stop the free trial. The game is fun but this model is outrageous. Also, if you’re gonna make me pay that much per week for decks, please remove the Facebook challenges which are a pathetic attempt of advertising the scam on social media.
How do I unsubscribe from this app?
I signed up for the free version. Little did I know that means I would get charged $5/week! Beware/ keep an eye on what you sign up for.
I downloaded this app, recognized it costed money, and deleted without signing up for anything. It has now been charging my car multiple times a month without my permission. Complete scam, DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Bought this app a while ago it was fine. In November it started charging me $4.49 every week and i haven’t used the app in forever. I have around $40 worth of purchases in the last month and a half on my bill and I obviously didn’t want this for an app i never used.
charged me $5 on the first hour, when it was a free trial
