Disappointed this app service chose to begin charging for its service. Several other apps charged. Those apps do more.
Barely used it any how. Plenty of free alternatives. Buh -bye
They deactivated free accounts. App is no longer free. Uninstalled from my phone.
Gave 4 stars because I typically love this app, but with the latest update, the app will not open no matter if I restart my phone, force close the app, change internet connections, etc. just keeps saying to check my connection then the screen goes blank. I use this to track my tachycardia/bradycardia so this is really an inconvenient problem.
So on my app the only option is for the premium subscription is 2 year, I don’t care whatever savings is that translates too, I want to see the app working before I commit a long relationship, but after the 4th crash/reboot cycle, I just deleted the app. In my opinion, this is just bad business, so long….
I get needing to charge for an app, but to jump from a free version to $50 annually is insane. Maybe the developers are not aware that the vast majority of users have chronic illnesses and can’t afford that type of jump. I’m looking around at other apps and don’t think they are as good, but I’ll make due. $10 a year, no prob, $50 I’ll make something else work for the monitoring I need to keep me safe and informed.
This app used to be free unless you wanted more in-depth knowledge. Now it is no longer free at all whatsoever. I’ve had this app for about a year or so and it was great for just tracking heart rate and sleep but now you have to pay to use it at all. Stupid and part of what’s wrong with the world we live in now where everything has to cost something. Deleting the app
Now I have to pay for this? That is so unfair, for it was great when it could have been used for free. But now they want money for operating and services? Unacceptable.
Love this app, been using it for at least 2 years. I can't afford your new prices, so I can't use it anymore.
My father uses this app, so he asked if I would subscribe as well so I could track his vitals. I downloaded the app and looked at the subscription model, which stated I would get one month free and after that I would be charged $49 per year, however after subscribing, I checked my subscriptions and noticed that they were going to bill me on the same day I subscribed. There was no 30 days free. I immediately canceled my subscription before I was billed and deleted the app. I have never had this happen with a subscription before, and feel this company is trying to rip off people. If you’re offered the 30 day free trial, I would be cautious.
